BT Co.AI provides online appointment booking software to salons. This page explains how information is handled when you book an appointment or use the app.

What we collect

• Clients: your name, phone number, and email address when you book an appointment, plus your appointment history with that salon.
• Salon staff: name, email, phone, and a password (stored encrypted) to sign in.

How it's used

• To create, confirm, and manage your appointments.
• To send you booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule/cancel links, and — if you opt in — a review request after your visit.
• To let the salon you booked with see and manage their schedule and client list.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• Your information is only visible to the specific salon you booked with — salons can't see each other's clients.
• We don't store payment card numbers.

Email

Transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, reset links) are sent so you can manage your appointments. Each booking link lets you reschedule or cancel at any time.

Data retention & security

Data is stored on a private server with encrypted (HTTPS) connections and regular backups. Passwords are stored using one-way encryption and are never readable. You can ask the salon to remove your information at any time.

Your choices

To update or delete your information, or to stop receiving emails, contact the salon you booked with directly — they manage their own client records.

Terms of use

Appointments are subject to each salon's own policies (including any cancellation notice or deposit requirements shown at booking). Please arrive on time; repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book online.
